New sub-board and new rules for posting

Hi everybody,

I have now created a new sub-board of the board "Links". The sub-board is called "New (or old) papers". In this sub-board, you will be able to post links to papers, that you may find interesting, or that you have recently published yourself. I hope you like it, and that you will participate!

However, there has also been an additional change: now EVERYONE will be able to post threads and reply to them. Hopefully, this will make it easier for people to be a part of this forum. This means you only have to create an account to make polls.
